  4. Limited with fully equipped laboratory  university/research institutions  for all gums and resins specification.
  5. Limited research and development on gums and resins as the government institution luck fully equipped labs on these products.
  6. Luck of access to fund for gums and resins off take
  7. Luck of funds for National and International fair trade despite being invited all the times.
  8. The mass pastoral community incapacitated with general  knowledge of gums and resins, tapping techniques, post- harvesting handling, transportation, sorting and grading, packaging, uses and marketing.
  9. Special Mobility and transport of gums and resins  to/from  producing areas.
  10. Long distance for both  gum collectors in the field and a buyer.
  11. Tapping, harvesting tool and gear
  12. Sorting and grading tool (Sonke)
  13. Equipment in the quality control stores in the collection centers.
  14. Sieve-Table and Industrial weighing scale etc
  15. Funds for organic certification/ISO certification for gums and resins producing areas
  16. Funds for mobilization, sensitization and trainings on gums and resins for Community Wood land Forest Associations and gums and resins co-operatives.

Funds for the establishment of collection center’s /storage facilities for quality control and bulking for sustainable quality and quantity control.
